Woke up today with something that feels like a slight cold. Started making cookies last night at 9 PM. Of course, the recipe I was using called for the dough to be refrigerated for at least three hours before the actual baking of the cookies could commence. Since I didn’t want to start baking cookies at midnight, the cookie dough was granted a temporary reprieve until tonight.
